The breakfast was really good with a picturesque view of the sea. Our room was very spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and the WiFi was decent.

Very good location next to the ferry (to isla mujeres) clean pool, nice garden and cozy Mexican style apartment. We loved it. Climated rooms.

It is great location, right on the water and 2 min away from the ferry. There is also good local restaurant within walking distance as well as rental car. We liked the rooms in Caribbean style and specious bed. Breakfast included in price is very limited but there are other paid options with fair prices too.

Location right next to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal. Oxxo shop in the ferry terminal is 3 mins walk where you can buy coffee and other items for reasonable price. the bfast place overlooking the ocean. Very spacious appartment with good size living room. Large comfy bed. nice little swimming pool overlooking the Atlantic ocean. good WiFi. spacious parking lot at the back. kitchen has a fridge and a microwave. there is a hob but no pots and pans. you can borrow some pans from reception. Smart TV, you need to set it up with your you tube, netflix account and it will work.

On the description breakfast was included, however only toast, jam, butter and coffee/tea was included for additional food preparation you need to pay. Prices for the breakfast are not high. The places itself worth the money. Staff is friendly.
