Suvda “A great value, not crowded, clean resort.”

A great value for money for a family of 5 with 2 kids, 2 adults, 1 senior. We liked that it wasn't a huge resort with thousands of people. You could always find a lounge chair by one of the pools. The food was good quality, good service. The buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinners are good with plenty of options, although options don't change much. If you're staying for longer than 3 days, you would want to try out the restaurant options that require a reservation (included in all-inclusive): sushi or Italian dinners. There's also first-come-first-serve lunch restaurants with sushi or American style food off the menu (included in all-inclusive). Drinks from the bar were good (included in all-inclusive). The rooms are clean, not fancy, with good bedding. Be aware that there are many short stairs, step-ups and downs throughout the hotel if you have balance or mobility issues. We found plenty of interesting activities and tours to take outside the hotel just off the beach. Parasailing, catamaran sailing and snorkeling tours were worth it. A bus tour to Chichen Itza and cenote waterholes picks up from the hotel. We didn't like this bus tour though; it was too long - 15 hours. I recommend renting a car or arranging a private tour to Chichen Itza and Cenotes. I would come back here again and recommend to friends.

The main reason people stay here is because of it being all inclusive, so it's reassuring that the food was always really good (although slightly repetitive) with a combination of meat, fish and vegetable dishes, along with desserts (again repetitive). The pool bar provides different variations with some dishes costing more, and supposedly in the evening they do a waiting table service (but this needs to be booked and no instructions as to how or when to do this was offered). Additionally the staff were all super helpful and friendly and really made the stay incredibly pleasant.

I liked the resort and the staff.. I liked the location direct to most places. The room was nice . The access to the beach and pool area was nice. The food in one restaurant was good.. Good service. I liked the tour operators and the entertainment.

The staff was very helpful and nice and the facilities are really good. I would definitely recommend the massage on the beach! The food is good and everyday there is a nice variety.

The staff were friendly and attentive, bed was comfortable and room very clean. The music next to the pool starts after 11am and is shut off around 6pm allowing for some quite time which is great.
