Everything was great. Just what we needed for our last night of our holiday in Mexico and Cuba. It is just 10 minutes from the airport in the hotel minibus which is complimentary. There is a restaurant and bar on site also. 24 hour room service which was great as we were very tired. There is also a large shopping plaza opposite the hotel. The room, the bed, the staff were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had a large room with plenty of space and one of the most comfortable beds I've been in. The location was great for the airport, with free parking. It's also opposite a mall for easy for a wander around and food options. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is super new, everything is very well decorated and clean! The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and quiet.

It's close but getting there without the shuttle is expensive. It is a very simple great hotel. Don't kiss the breakfast.

Convenient hotel close to the airport. The guy at the front office wasn’t nice and didn’t help us with suitcases. The food was good (dinner and breakfast) but didn’t let us take fruits in a box for our kids.

We only wanted to stay for one night as we had a flight the next day, very modern and clean hotel. Excellent value for money. Decent sized room and we liked that we could check in online before we arrived to speed up matters. Great air con and the food in the restaurant was really good.

Modern hotel close to the airport. Very helpful staff, they upgraded us to a suite which was great. Spacious and very clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also varied and excellent and they offer a free airport shuttle (you need to reserve the night before). If we need a hotel near cancun airport we will definitely be staying here again
