Novotel Canberra offers limited undercover, self-car parking for in-house guests only at $32 per car per day. Due to the limited spaces available, unfortunately parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed. To make your arrival and departure at the hotel easier, there is a drop off area in front of the hotel, where guests can unload luggage with the assistance of luggage trolleys. Alternatively, off-site public parking areas are located close by.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Check in was simple and fast as it was a self service kiosk to my releif 🫣🤗 plus the kiosk codes your room key for you on the spot. Since I booked with booking.com I never was obliged to show photo ID and the kiosk didn't require it for check either which was helpful.

Very clean and comfortable room, lucky enough to get a room on 6th floor with a balcony. Heated spa was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Location also was excellent.

It was walking distance to great food spots, our kids loved the pool on site, the bar and restaurant were convenient, shower pressure was great, beds were comfortable.

I would say the most stand out features of this hotel is location. It is close to city centre, ANU and the shopping centre. Also surrounded by a good number of established restaurants nearby. Staffs are friendly. A big thank you for accommodating my room preference request. The room is functional, clean and bed is comfortable.

Relaxing for me after a bit of testing time getting there! Staff courtesy was excellent. Menu items were honestly recommended by waitstaff and the food hit the spot - I was hungry.
