There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 1.9 metres. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Staff are extremely kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet is great with many selections and dinner is also fabulous plus exceptional service. Perfect location in the center of city, easy to walk to shopping centre and the beautiful park. Room is basic, clean and comfortable. We extended one more night and really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again when visiting Canberra next time.

Quiet rooms, good location, nice view. Room only got serviced after asking. $55 tips add to room service food invoice by mistake -> Check your invoice carefully. Everything corrected once pointed out. Friendly staff.

The pool area was uninviting with lots of leaves in the water. The green stay sign should be in the room to encourage people to be more environmentally aware. We had to request ours from reception. Our towels were replaced each day even though we hung them on the hooks.

Good room, bright, spacious, very clean & comfy beds, corridors leading to rooms could do with a bit of a spruce up. Breakfast buffet was very good, Male staff member in Buffet is a particular delight couldn't meet a more affable person. Stayed here several times and never a frown.
