There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 1.9 metres. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Good room, bright, spacious, very clean & comfy beds, corridors leading to rooms could do with a bit of a spruce up. Breakfast buffet was very good, Male staff member in Buffet is a particular delight couldn't meet a more affable person. Stayed here several times and never a frown.

Had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza, Matty was very friendly and helpful when I arrived and all the staff were so lovely and very accommodating. The one thing I suggests is to add a hot rail towel heater in the bathrooms.

The staff were very lovely but at the restaurant they were very understaffed. The bathrooms were very small and old especially the showers. The shower was small and the curtain was horrible! They are in serious need of an update. The beds were nice and very comfy! The one elevator to the underground car park was horrible. At one point I was waiting 5-10mins for the elevator to go down to the car park from Level 1. It just kept going up!! Overall the stay was okay. Not good but not bad.

close to amenities, shopping centre, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice, with a lot of options. Only downside was the parking.. very small and congested space.. it was so hard to find the right spot that could fit our SUV. It took us over 35 minutes to park our car on that night.

King room was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. Block out blinds to minimise light. Good size.
