The apartment and set up was exceptional. Had a wonderful stay. The only issue was returning the key to the allocated shop. At 9.30am it was closed with a "back in 10min" sign on door, we waited till 10.15am to no avail. Others also waiting. Tried to contact agent to say will leave keys in unit, replied 45min later when we were on our way home 4 hrs away. Unacceptable considering everything else was great.

Parking to get keys was a nightmare - they say 550m away but I assure you that is not the case - got into the basement, got up to ground level and could not get up to our villa (there were 3 other guests in same boat). Took us a few elevator swipes in all 3 elevator's before the thing worked and then we got up to our floor. Place very clean and comfortable. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Instructions into car park and how to find unit was amazing.

First we travelled from Melbourne to Canberra with my little baby than it was very difficult to find the address and where the keys were located. Instructions given to us were not clear and than when we entered the front door our swap was not wtking properly twice we were stuck in the lift with my family and language than unknown couple met at the lift helped us get to our apartment using there swap. So we wasted 2 hours getting all this through than at last we got inside the apartment. So we were not very happy.
