Alivio has been my favourite Motel to stay in for the past six or seven years. Location is perfect distance from everything and everywhere we go to. Facility nice and clean staff are just wonderful. Great place to stay

When we arrived we were allowed an early check in which was nice. Unfortunately the porta cot we were allocated had a broken base - but they replaced it fairly quickly. Blue gum villa was cozy - bedrooms small but bathroom nice and big. Kitchen had what we needed for the stay. Nespresso machine was leaking but still seemed to work. The place could definitively do with a paint and a deep clean - but I think overall it was comfortable and reasonably clean. Facilities at the tourist park were great, kids loved the splash park and the park and all the area for ball games. Great communal bbq area which we enjoyed too. The restaurant obviously has a lot of new staff which were learning - service and food could have been better but can’t beat it for convenience.

It's a great family oriented park, well laid out and great amenities. The price is absolutely reasonable for what you get. Clean linen, ok beds, clean and ok sized cabins, warm and dry, outdoor courts (tennis/basketball/volleyball), outdoor bbqs, pay per use laundry. Stayed a few times now in different parts and no noise issues.

I cooked my own meals in my own utensils using my own heat source. I only used the microwave one with a well sealed container for my food.

Staff were amazing and so polite, food was amazing at the veranda. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be back again. Loved how everything was so kid friendly and family oriented we will be back with our kids soon.
