At every point during our stay, we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration. The family that owned it was helpful, informative, and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We spoke and interacted the most with Martina, who was absolutely wonderful and was happy to answer any questions we had about the area. The amount of effort to ensure guests enjoyed their stay was evident, and I could not praise her enough. We have travelled Europe several times, and this was by far the best accommodation my partner and I have ever stayed at. We completely forgot that we had been told about the included breakfast, and the staff personally reminded us when we returned in the evening, which I am grateful for, as it was delicious. The hotel had stunning 360° views of the surrounding peaks and valley. There is plenty of parking space, elevator access to all floors, spacious and well furnished rooms, which felt private, insulated (cool in summer), and comfortable. My partner and I visited from Australia in August and will be recommending it to our friends.

It's a lovely family-run hotel with amazing owners. I spent 3 summer nights there with my brother and we liked basically everything. It's located in a beautiful area from which you have great views and you can make many trips around. You can even do some hiking straight from the hotel, or take a cable car for another starting point. The room was good-looking, well-equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice too. Parking was possible straight in front of the hotel.
