The staff were amazing Nacho & bar lady with braids were exceptional. Very clean facilities if a tad dated. Service was brilliant and very personable.

Could not rate this hotel higher, gorgeous hotel really close to the beach and away from the noise, super clean but it was the staff who really made our stay extra special. Really friendly and accommodating big thanks to Mellissa for always going above and beyond. Would absolutely love to stay again!

I recently stayed at the hotel in Palma and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. In particular, I would like to mention the receptionist Melissa, who showed remarkable professionalism and kindness towards all guests. From the moment I arrived, Melissa greeted me warmly and ensured that my stay went smoothly. She was always available to answer my questions and even gave me valuable advice on the best places to visit in Palma. Her kindness and attentive listening truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a professional team. A big thank you to Melissa for her contribution to the success of my stay in Palma.
