The fine print
All reservations include all running water consumption free of charge, €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.This house does not have air conditioning, although the necessary fans will be provided to the clients.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The villa truly felt like a holiday home, with a good number of beds, and nice open dining room/kitchen/living room plan. The kitchen had enough crockery, pans and spices as well as an oven, hob and fridge-freezer, making meal times a breeze. Having a pool, sun beds, outdoor table and table tennis table made down time in the villa so much fun, and the host provided two towels each, a map and parasols we could take down to the beach. Bedding was fit for the weather and comfortable, with about 4 fans provided in every room. There was a safe in each room, and toilets had shampoo/body wash included. Location wise was amazing, 5 min walk from a beach and in an area where there were plenty of food places, stores and transport links. 15 mins direct bus to airport too.
