Great views overlooking the beach from the balcony, clean and comfortable room. Brilliant breakfast spread and dinner options. Perfect location, just a 25min ride into Palma city on the bus. Staff friendly and always helpful - David especially - thank you. Would recommend for sure.

Great location on the beach. Excellent pizza in the restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Very close to the airport which was ideal for a late night arrival after our flight.

Hotel listed as a 4 star and there is no way it is a 4 star. It’s a pleasant hotel the man on reception was wonderful but there are zero facilities. Breakfast was buffet style very basic and the so called hot food was cold. There were no danish pastries left when we went for breakfast at 9am (service ended at 1030) when I asked for some was told there were none left. Coffee from a machine was just horrible. It’s ok for one night but certainly would not go for for a weeks holiday.

Checked in online before arriving so check in at the hotel was quick.We were offered a welcome drink so we had a lovely cava,Paulina was lovely and very welcoming.We were given our room key(which is made of wood,we loved this)and and directed to our room.The hotel smelt beautiful,we were first floor with a sea view,beautiful room,very clean,massive shower,very comfortable bed,mini bar which we didn't use,plenty of storage and hangers,free WiFi,air con and safe....Breakfast is complimentary and it was amazing,so much to choose from and beautifully presented.We checked out and left our bags in luggage to collect later.Ideally situated on the main strip with lots of eating places around,bars and bike hire.

The room was amazing clean and comfortable. I had a sea view and a lovely balcony to sit out in the sun. The receptionists were so helpful and nice. I will definitely be back loved it.

The only thing I did not like was the fact, that you can hear completely everything in the room (from other rooms and corridors). Otherwise we had a lovely stay! Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to David at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in, making our arrival even smoother. The restaurant was excellent, with a delicious and varied menu, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive—plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The restaurant staff were also amazing, always friendly and attentive, making every meal an enjoyable experience. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall great experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!
