The location was perfect We liked that the hotel wasn't overpopulated with guests this may be due to time of year as we stayed in may. The pool was perfect The breakfast had a good variety somthing for everyone

The room has a nice pool and beach view. It was clean, proper size and large comfy beds. Breakfast was nice they have a large selection of food like fruits, cold cuts, western style breakfast and more. I love the location, it's just a taxi away from the airport cost €15. A bus away from centre of Palma cost €2 per ride. It is very near to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, stores and bars. In front of the hotel, has a good parking space.

- Bed very comfortable, even the 1 person is wide enough. Memory pillows. - The staff was really helpful when i had to request guidance regarding services. Also they allow me to store luggage for free. Moreover i lost keys 3 or for times and they gave me copy with no charge and blocked the lost ones in the moment. - Localization is perfect. In front of the stop heading for Palma or other zones. Full of restaurants. 3 supermarkets around and also other mini markets. Pharmacy 200ms. - Minifridge in room included - Beach with shower. - Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool for free. Massage services. - Bike rental next building - ATM in the door

Facilities were definitely 4 stars. Nice pool area, and the breakfast was great with so much choice. There's a good view from the balcony. The location is perfect with a bus stop right outside and only a 10 euro Uber from the airport.

Food was excellent, tea &coffee facilities were slow due to the length of time it took for the coffee to finish and their position caused gridlock at busy times.

Location is amazing, near bus stop. Cleaner come everyday. Different pools indoor and out. Has a bar and tv room with snooker table. Its just perfect! Staff are really nice and friendly

I stayed here for a couple of days, and overall, I had a good experience. The room, although a bit dated, was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were amazing – highly professional and always helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were quite tasty, and the bartenders also did a great job. The location is fantastic, with a beach nearby and a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to get into the city.
