This hotel is a little heaven on earth. Joana welcomed us in such a very nice way. Through our stay she was so kind, empathetic, very professional and always helpful with our questions about transport and where to eat. Also, the housekeeping lady (I forgot her name) she was really keen about cleaning our room. It was spotless. I loved the fact that this hotel has a relaxing ambience, all the facilities are great: wood decorations in the room, the fountains in the outdoor hotel entrance, the pool area. Everything reminds me a cool place to be far away from the madness and mass tourism that we usually see in Mallorca.
