Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel.Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents.This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Very friendly staff, did answer all questions and spoke english very well. The breakfast buffet was more than perfect, such a nice variation of really everything. Also the gym is well equipped and the rooms are really big.

It was the best breakfast I have had after several months visiting Brazil. Excellent food and great variety. The location of the hotel was near the city park and the huge Bioparque, full of many interesting fish from around the world.
