The building and lobby were much nicer than I expected. The real bonus was the staff, in particular Safa at the front desk (so welcoming and professional) and the breakfast staff.

A big thank you to the young lad on reception for calling us at MN when he saw that the northern lights were starting. Clean property, great position in town. Enjoyable and convenient breakfast. Relieved there was a lift as my bag is ridiculously heavy.

Comfortable beds and clean room, altho a little dated. Staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. Breakfast was good (eggs bacon, sausages, waffles, plus cereals & muffins) and breakfast staff worked hard to keep food trays full during the hustle & bustle, which was much appreciated

Well maintained property. room was comfortable. good amenities like pool . very good location cloe to marina and shopping.

Comfortable bed, very clean, staff were very accommodating and we could leave bags while went on bear trip was very much appreciated. Breakfast was simple but included in price and also very welcome.

Excellent location for the Campbell River Whale watching cruise. About 5 min walk along the harbour.
