The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The hotel will be collecting a refundable deposit from guests upon check-in. === Kindly note that the reception counter is only available between 08:00 to 23:00. Guests arriving after 23:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to secure your reservation. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Iron MYR50 Towel MYR10 per piece. Due to the cool weather in Cameron Highlands we do not provide any fan in the apartment. Please take note that we don't provide cooking gas in the kitchen. We only provide kettle, rice cooker and fridge in the kitchen.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

1. Didn't have a microwave 2. Cleaning at fridge and under carpet not done 3. No dishwasher at sink, instead provided with ZIP 4. No bodywash available at 2nd bathroom 5. Spring mattress was on bad conditions. Can feel the spring when tried to sleep 6. Noisy neighbour upstairs who constantly moving a furniture in midnight

The apartment was spacious, it had all the facilities a family needed. Clean. Love the view.
