Superb hotel and location. Love the decor and rooms. Unfortunately a few of the staff were a little too inexperienced. Bar service was slow during the daytime.

This was fantastic. What a lovely spot to stay in Cambridge and would recommend to anyone. Staff were friendly and food was excellent. My 12 yr old loved the breakfast!

Firstly, we were upgraded to a suite….great start.Front desk staff were uniformly excellent. Breakfast was very good. Car park charge a bit steep. Apart from that , a really elegant, well run hotel. Cafe at entrance well manned and convenient.

Breakfast was expensive and not very good. I had the fry. Very Greasy and I had to wait a long time for the food to be brought out.

The whole suite was comfortable, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed in it. The bed was large and very comfortable, exactly like our bed at home (we rarely find a bed to match ours!) The staff were very helpful. Car parking was secure. Everywhere within the hotel was clean and tidy.

The hotel is beautiful. The decor is lovely, and the room was very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and so so helpful. It felt like a truly luxury experience. Being a 10 minute walk from the city centre was really helpful, and it was easy to find when we drove in.

The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. While we didn't use the facilities outside of the room, the location just north of the city centre was a perfect distance for u to walk in for dinner and explore the city itself in the evening
