A solid 10 across the board — Holiday Inn Express Cambourne, Cambridge exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything ran so smooth and organised. The location, though a bit outside the city center, offered peace and quiet — a welcome retreat after a busy day in Cambridge. Public transport and parking were both convenient, making it easy to reach the heart of the city. The room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a super comfy bed that gave us a perfect night’s rest. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of plug points, great water pressure in the shower, and excellent soundproofing. The breakfast was generous, fresh, and well-managed — from hot options to fresh fruit and pastries, it was a great way to start the day. But the real standout? The staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made me feel at home, and nothing was too much trouble. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I’d highly recommend staying here — it’s great value, with top-notch hospitality! ☺️

Breakfast was great, cleanliness was very good and this exceeded my expectations. The applies to our room, the reception/bar area and externally in the car park, it all felt very tidy. Great price, great location. Very happy with our stay.

Great stay. Rooms were very clean and staff were amazing. Only thing, was we had issues with Tv but staff managed to sort the problem out. Food was lovely and the area was great for what we needed.
