Simple but spacious room - I actually think they upgraded me to a larger room, which had 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, for the same price. Nice shower, hot water with plenty water pressure. Heat pump. Tv. Plenty towels. Attentive - allowed me to keep my MTB away to avoid being outside. Easy booking, booked just a few hours from check-in! No frills check-in/ check-out. Guest kitchen - Tea, instant coffee and cereal provided at no extra cost. Space to cook and plenty tables to eat. Iron board and iron available if required. Blow dryer in the room. Easy parking off-street, not visible from the main road. Good location, on the main strip in Cambridge, straight off the motorway. Easy walking distance from coffee shops. My main intention being to Ride the Te Ana River Ride, turned out to be a great starting point - able to start cycling in the morning from the motel, and having a shuttle from RiverSide Adventures bring me and bike back to Cambridge.

Given the very affordable rate of the room, the location, central to so many attractions & services in the region, the very welcoming staff, comfort of the room, excellent facilities, i could not have asked for more. I will be a return customer.

Great central location, free breakfast was a bonus we weren't expecting. Lovely walk around the lake across the road and nice balcony off the common area to sit outside and eat.

Good location as only stayed one night, several eating places near by. Great to have a guest lounge and kitchen, to prepare meals and freezer/fridges to store food. Lift available for heavy bags.

Great location, handy to restaurants and cafes. Easy parking at the back or off street. If you are looking for a reasonable accomodation for few nights this is very ideal. Communal kitchen neat and clean, is a big plus for me.
