We had exceptional nice stay in Karapiro Willows Luxury B&b with very welcoming hosts family. Rooms were fresh and well maintained, surroundings were charming. Property is located not far from Auckland airport, it's good point to visit Hobbiton and thermal areas before going further to the South. Thanks a lot for so great start of our New Zealand vacations.

The most peaceful and serene setting, with such kind and welcoming hosts, was the highlight of every place I stayed on my cross country NZ tour. I'm so glad I made the decision to be based out of this beautiful house for a few days - it's so well located to the highway and the beautiful experiences of the North Island, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless. It felt so like home to stay here that I didn't want to move on! And the fantastic breakfast, and being able to sit out in the immaculate gardens and enjoy the local wildlife with the hosts, was an experience to be treasured (see pictures taken in the beautiful gardens). My strong recommendation is to stay here as long as you are able - do not rush this part of the country. Obviously Hobbiton is very close by, but it's a real treat to see the wildlife in the area at Sanctuary Mountain, or see glow worms on the nearby river at night. I'll definitely be back to this beautiful BnB!

The property is breathtaking! The rooms are very well presented and clean. Breakfasts are delicious and the hosts are ever accommodating and friendly!

Location was beautiful and quiet. Robyn was awesome. Great company and great exchanging stories during breakfast. Such a lovely lady. Made you feel like you are at home.

My stay was amazing. Robyn is so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was so amazing.My first day home with my family I tried to replicate to my husband and sons. It is so nice you have a separate area to come and go. I loved Bing watching the Crown since we don't have Netflix. Shower pressure is WOW! Nice Mini set up for kitchen use. I hope to stay again soon.

everything is beautiful . robyn is a wonderful host and it is now my 3 rd time i have visited . Her breakfasts are amazing and absolutely goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable . highly recommend
