The location is perfect, the building is cute, the room we got was clean and we had enough space for our stay + the hosts were nice.

Great location. I walked to the HBS campus where my son is a student. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet hotel. There’s a fridge in the room, coffee downstairs. Good bed.

no breakfast but expensive café close by. Property stored our luggage after check out for a few hours- thanks. Good coffee & chilled water in kitchen.

This hotel is very clean. It is great that they have a dining room with coffee, tea, etc. Especially important for me as I want to have hot water during the trip. The room is very clean. Although the furniture is old, it is well maintained. Just a few minutes from the hotel, there is a broadway market place where you can grab hot food, fruit, etc. The bus stop is close by and convenient for going out.

A wonderfully characterful place to stay a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Harvard campus and square. Rooms are big and practical. No breakfast but coffee and chocolate anytime. The owners are lovely, and gave us a rundown of the local area and advice on what to do.Transportation links are fantastic. We had a lovely time and if I came back to Boston I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The coffee was decent, and there wasn't any unpleasant smell despite the old structure.

The room is spacious with a good bathroom, amenities, hair dryer. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, very helpful during this warm weather. The AC in the bedroom is only for you so you can control it or just turn it off. There is a room downstairs with coffee and tea.
