This is a fully furnished apartment, with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, small fridge, and clothes washer, as well as TV and wifi of course. It has a very comfortable double bed and the floors are heated which is a treat. It is new and clean and within walking distance from both the downtown and the train station. (Basically in between both). Lots of restaurants, coffeeshops, and bakeries nearby. And a good grocery store half a block away. Getting the keys were easy, and there was a slight problem with the shower handle, so I messaged the office in the late evening and it was sorted easily in the morning. Highly recommended for short or long stays. My room was up a few flights of stairs, not sure if there is an elevator. Might be worth knowing if you have mobility issues.
