Excellent staff, location, room, facilities, pub that was lively but not rowdy. Slept like a baby - we even got complimentary snacks! Lots of great restaurants in walking distance

Location and parking great...room ready at 10am when we arrived....staff were great but hotel although clean and tidy could do with an update..

Great location, just 10 mins from the centre. Staff very friendly and polite. Had our evening meals here and food was excellent with big portions. Room was clean and refreshments topped up daily.

Special atmosphere, very friendly staff, clean, modern, cozy rooms and new bathrooms, location perfect to walk to the train station, very good food until 9pm in the pub, very good breakfast, all at a reasonable price. Not the usual hotel experience, but a place that makes you feel welcome the very first moment. We hope to be back some day soon!
