The room was comfortable, clean, very well decorated and the host Wendy went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. We have stayed at many guest houses and this one was definitely 10/10.

Property was well presented and clean. In a fantastic location on Newmarket Road. Bed was super comfy. The host was a kind, friendly lady who provided a great breakfast. Will certainly be staying again.

Very warm welcome from Wendy (10/10). Charming stop on our way to other parts of the country. Buses to the historical places within short walking distance. Meeting other Wendy's guests was much appreciated while enjoying an excellent breakfast cooked by Wendy who really cares of her guests. Wendy's place is comfortable and neat.
