When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.The property will contact the guest following their reservation.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.Parking is not available at the hotel. The nearest public multi-storey car parks are the Queen Ann Terrance & Grand Arcade car parks, both within 10 mins of the hotel. The price for 24 hours is approx. £40 per night.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Lovely one night stay. The lady on reception was very charming and helpful. The standard room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. I loved the soaps that were provided. The carpets seemed a little old and tired throughout the hotel and let it down a bit. But that was the only fault, really.

Very comfortable bed and the staff were absolutely excellent, pleasant friendly and thoughtful. Quiet room so far as outside noise is concerned. Breakfast was also good.

Room was quite spacious and well equipped, and nicely laid out. Beds were comfortable and we found additional pillows which was good. It was really hot and the room took ages to cool down (but it was a surprisingly warm day) Very happy to have the coffee machine to make an espresso in the morning. It’s a lovely building and the staff were efficient and helpful
