The lovely lady on reception when we arrived was amazing, firstly she spoke clearly and you could understand what she said. We said we were cold in the room and within 5 minutes she had bought us a radiator and showed us how to use the controls. I wish I’d taken her name, she was organised efficient and professional and s as n asset to your team.

Had 3 rooms on first floor, but when going to our rooms early evening was a very strong smell of weed was right near our rooms. Went downstairs saw lovely lady on reception who moved us to second floor very pleased with her help, our stay would not have been enjoyable otherwise.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff working on the breakfast shift were hard working, polite and helpful. All the staff tried hard to please and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The bedroom was very clean and maintained to a high standard
