The Graduate is in walking distance to many universities, punting and river Cam, market and shops. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and extremely clean.

There was dust in the room and the housekeeping was average, hit and miss depending upon who was cleaning for the day. Our sheets were not changed for the 4 nights we were there. On one particular day, bed hadn't even been touched. Basics like tea bags were given but erratic supply in terms of how many English breakfast etc. From 2 tea bags to 4 to none. Rooms were serviced post 3 pm everyday, which is quite late. Service was good. Polite and friendly. One thing I have personally experienced with Hilton is that the staff is generally new. Any queries regarding restaurant recommendations nearby or things to do are generally met with 'check google'
