Everybody was so welcoming and kind We had a trip with Kane in the Bentley it was so lovely as was Kane he very interesting to listen to and knowledgeable of the area … AND the booking was complimentary that was just great !

Overall the hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Beds were extremely comfy and the furnishings were lovely. Good cocktails on 241.

The location was excellent and all the staff were really helpful and friendly! Zane was super with the Bentley tour - highly recommend. We had the best cocktails too at the bar. Thanks all for a wonderful stay and for making my partners birthday really special!

The location was great and it had Tesla charging which was the main reason I chose this hotel. It smelt absolutely gorgeous and the reception staff were fab

Location was excellent. Room was very good, with exception noted below. Reception on arrival, Reuben, was very helpful and provided us with tips and ideas to enjoy Cambridge. Reuben also listened to our issues on departure, (see below), and was able to compensate us to some extent.

The hot chocolate available at the front desk was very tasty. The exterior of the hotel also looks very pretty at night
