We loved our one night stay at this gorgeous little hotel by the sea! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was so cosy, charming and very clean. We really enjoyed the delicious welcome cookies in our room and the view of the sea from our window. Moonstone Bay is an oasis of calm and beauty, just what we wanted on our Californian coastal road trip. We loved going for a stroll along the beach just across the street from the hotel as the sun was setting. The little town of Cambria nearby was lovely to visit too. We would recommend this hotel and love to visit again one day. It was one of our favourite hotels of our entire trip and the most reasonably priced.

The room size and we had a terrace as we were on the ground floor. Parking was available on site. Breakfast in the room was included .

Room was clean and facilities were as expected. The bathroom was very small. Coffee and tea were good.we were on the side of the building and it was quiet. We had a partial view of the sea

Right on the beach and boardwalk, nice restaurant next door, weather wasn't great whilst we were there, so it was a quick visit.
