The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and the view from the top of the hotel was lovely. We had a room with a small balcony which was lovely to chill in the evenings and watch the sunsets. The location was excellent as the hotel is situated on the bay and very near the local restaurants. Also it is on a good bus route to Funchal.

Nice room, fridge, t and c, water and box of biscuits Excellent choice for breakfast with great view over the harbour. Managed to build the hotel with a decent roof space for restaurant, pool and sunbathing

Perfect location in a lovely small ex fishing village with lots of eating options very close by

The location at the little harbour was very beautiful. Its less busy as Funchal but with all facilities like restaurants, shops etc. Also the weather is better because situated af the more sunny side of the isle. The staff was very friendly and helpful in a personal and kind way.

I liked the Staff. Daniel (Shift Manager) was exceptionally helpful and explained all queries with a smiling face. Everytime, he goes extra miles to ensure we are satisfied with answers or requirements. Because of him only, i will again come back to the same Hotel whenenver i revisit Maderia.
