We were going to a concert at the Amplitheatre so the location was idea. It was nicely decorated, clean, the staff were very friendly, the beds very comfy.

Staff were lovely; always a smile and happy to help. Travelled for a conference and location is very convenient: Very close to the convention centre. Beautiful walk in the morning, through a garden and crossing the bridge. Nice breakfast and comfortable. Although is not necessarily very close to the city centre Lyon has amazing public transport and is within a walking distance. On my last night had n issue with the blow dryer in the room and was swiftly moved into another room with no problem.
