The staff at Appart'City Lyon is just the nicest staff I ever seen in France. They'll do anything to accommodate you and make your stay the best experience you will ever see. They show you that they care about you and listen to all your concerns. So thank you and I hope I'll see you soon. Also, the location is great because you have direct access to the bus, and it's at 20min in bus from downtown Lyon. You'll have access to the most beautiful architecture Lyon can give (Opera National de Lyon, Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière, Great Synogogue of Lyon...). There is a lot of restaurants, shopping mall, grocery stores near by. I recommend at 200%

As expected a clean comfortable room. For one person it was well sized. I like the kitchen that was well stocked. Located by the Cite de Congres lines and parking underneath. Staff was very helpful, amiable and responsive.

The room was spacious and clean. There were signs of wear and tire but overall satisfied for an overnight stay. Has all the basic amenities and the public transport link to town is good.

They provide excellent customer service—both helpful and polite. The room exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures suggested. We were pleasantly surprised by how calm and clean it was, with a nice bathroom and a balcony. We felt compelled to extend our stay. This hotel has become our new go-to destination.

The room was very good sized, the bathroom really big, and everything was super clean. The beds are comfortable. Location isn't too central, but very well connected by public transport.

Spotless clean, comfortable beds and quiet location. Next to a bus stop that takes you to city centre in 15 minutes. Excellent and safe parking.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was perfect and spacious, had everything you needed including the option to cook for yourself. Room perfect temperature too.
