Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of Eur €25 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

The pool was the highlight of our stay! It had a lot of chairs, was nice temperature and you get big towels from the hotel. Note that the pool is closed between 1-3pm (open 9am-1pm and 3-7pm. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, huge buffet with breads, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, cakes, pancakes, yoghurts and many sweet options. The hotel itself is slightly outdated but still very clean. We slept on the 12th floor and had an amazing view over Etna, especially during sunrise! There are around 15-20 parking places at the hotel, we always got a spot but there’s a big parking space down the road from the hotel so parking should not be an issue.

Good value hotel with great breakfast, parking and a swimming pool. The hotel organised a taxi for us to the top of the steps in Old Caltagirone (cost €15 for the 6 of us)
