Lovely cottage. Very well located for our visit. Always managed to park in the car park despite the regatta being on that weekend.

Loved the log burner, very welcome on chilly nights. Comfortable beds and sofa's. Full kitchen. Peaceful location and convenient free parking just 5 minutes away. Calstock has two lovely pubs (the Boot Inn food was excellent) and a lovely riverside walk to Cotehele. You can also get the train in to Plymouth from the station.
