Personal service to your table. High-quality, fresh food and great coffee! The decor in the rooms and throughout the property is fantastic! I would like to see it in the summer with the leafy vines etc.

An incredible, atmospheric place (the downstairs room is spacious and stunning) with incredibly helpful and welcoming staff (thank you!). We only spent one night there, but will definitely book again if back in the area!

Very nice house, very kind staff, clean room, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We also had dinner in the restaurant: the food was excellent and price reasonable.

The staff were charming, helpful and thoughtful💗 The room was super comfortable with beautiful antique features and furniture. The location is lovely, wonderful walks along the river and around the lake. Private parking right on site!! Perfect place.

The overall atmosphere was great. Staff was very nice. Parking right on the property - gated backyard. Lake right next to the hotel.

Fantastic old world feel, with modern conveniences. This is what I expected an authentic Italian Villa to look and feel like. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was very generous.

A pretty place adjacent to a river walk, which was pleasant after a long drive. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful.
