The location of the hotel was excellent. Young Island was just opposite and it was a short taxi or bus ride to town.

The location was lovely with having Young Island across the way which we could get to by way of the ferry. Enjoyed a nice lunch on the island

I liked how attentive the staff was they really do care that your having the best time . Whitney lornell crystal the receptionist went above and beyond. I will stay here every time I come vincy . The housekeeping she did a very good job on my room .

The location is great, right on the beach, lovely views. I was treated to a welcome drink upon check in and the staff were very helpful and kind. The smoothies at the restaurant were amazing. Definitely great for a short stay. The room was comfortable and clean and I had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool from the balcony.

The staff are exceptional. From reception through to room service and cleaning. Everyone had a smile on their face and were more than happy to assist you as and when required. The location was close to Kingstown for the ferry terminal and about 20mins drive from the airport. The reception team were brilliant with their communication and support. Especially when I inquired about a taxi to collect from the airport. Nothing was too hard for them to look into. The ease of landing and going straight into a vehicle with someone waiting on the other side with your name was a welcome sight. (More so when travelling solo with a child). The breakfasts at the hotel (French Veranda) were delicious and on some days my son ordered two meals from the menu. Our fave being the American pancakes followed by eggs and toast. Service with a smile from all sides. The air con in the room was perfect. TV channels with a wide range of varying entertainment for the family. The bathroom had toiletries and towels. The bedroom was spacious and clean. A fridge with a kettle and coffee maker was also available. You can travel by taxi to a local supermarket or if you are adventurous enough, take one of the bus vans for some loud music stopping in various places to collect passengers whilst packing everyone on. It was an experience I'll never forget (in a positive way) My son and I really enjoyed our travels and time here. We cannot thank you all enough for your kindness.
