Pools were excellent for kids to enjoy. Buffet for dinner was changed day by day. We are glad to have all inclusive plan. We could drink and eat whenever we wanted. The dinner on 31st Dec was highlighted moment. We were satisfied with that. Overall service was the best in my experience. Highly recommend. If possible, would like to come here in summer season.

We loved the kids’ area! The hotel has a fantastic kids' club open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no time limit, which gave us the chance to fully enjoy the amazing hotel gym—one of the best we’ve ever seen! The staff were friendly and polite, the room was spacious, and there were around six English-speaking TV channels available. Just a heads-up—the hotel is not located in the best area. There are about three restaurants nearby, but none have particularly family-friendly menus. The closest decent grocery stores are a 20-minute walk away, and the beaches are unfortunately not very clean or suitable for children. Taxis to and from the hotel cost around €25 each way to the popular areas, so I would only recommend booking here if you plan to spend most of your time on-site. In that case, opting for half-board is a good idea, as there aren’t many convenient restaurant options nearby and the hotel has great dinners itself. The kids club has plenty of activities and the swimming pools are so fun.

Great staff and we really loved the pool areas. It was easy to go to the bar to grab a drink and snack and the infinity pool is just amazing! (Would be nice if there was a bar or something closer though). The rooms were really clean and big and just as I pictured them. And this is definitely a nice hotel to bring your kids to, as the area for them was perfect. And the plus was that, that the other pools were well isolated from the kids area so you weren't bothered at all! Me and my mom really enjoyed this stay and I think we would be back! With or without kids :D

The staff were fabulous. The food was really really good. One of the best breakfast selections I have seen. Lunch and dinner buffet were really nice. The Italian Restaurant was beautiful. The pools were warm and not too crowded. The best thing is that you cannot reserve sunloungers which is a great policy as there is no panic in the morning time. A really nice relaxed vibe. Child friendly but pool areas are separate enough that you can happily have a child free holiday if you want.

We had a swim up room which meant we had privacy while enjoying the pool, the rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Mini fridge in the room stocked with snacks, soft drinks and beer. All the staff at this hotel were very friendly and very efficient, we never had to wait for a table at meal times and when we sat down at the bar we was always served straight away, amazing customer service.
