It is really a place that I recommend, the manager/and owner is very kind and concerned about the welfare of the guests. The service staff is very friendly and courteous. The place is comfortable and the location is perfect.

The place is in an older neighbourhood with cafes around in adjacent streets. The place is comfortable inside with several places to relax in armchairs and setees. I was having to attend meetings much of my time there so didn't use these. Hosts were very welcoming. I was also there at a busy time in Cali when many hotels on booking.com cancelled peoples rooms at the last minute and hiked their prices. This place did not so I would consider them to be very trustworthy.

Great hostal in the middle of San Antonio. Quiet but with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Beatriz speaks English. Charmingly maintained with plants and open air sections.
