We had an amazing time at this magical place! :) The surrounding nature is incredible, the views, the quietness, the waves, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean in a cozy house with very comfy bed, we will never forget this relaxing & beautiful stay! Best (vegan!) porridge for breakfast & delicious family dinners, big thanks to the lovely team for taking care of us so well! If you are an experienced surfer, take your own boards with you.

The location was magical. The staff, facilities and food were excellent. The guesthouse itself had a great vibe and wonderful seating options with ocean views. The short hike in from Faja de Cubres was lovely. The owner David was very kind and obliging. Go if you can!

the attention to detail and love that has gone into the hostel is completely outstanding. it's a beautiful traditional building, beautifully restored and set in a lovely garden with pretty terraces and fantastic views. the staff and owner are lovely, friendly, gentle people. we ate at taberna conves which was fab but there is another taberna in the faja and food available at the hostel too so lots of choice. breakfast was great. the faja is spectacular, we walked down from serro do topo and the next day walked on to faja do dos cubres and got a taxi back to the car, organised by the lovely owner at the hostel. i couldn't recommend this visit highly enough. if you want a unique and beautiful experience of a tiny community on a tiny speck in the middle of the atlantic ocean you couldn't do better than this.

Breakfast and dinner were great. The staff were great. The accommodation was amazing, with excellent views and atmosphere. We had a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to return.
