Definitely the staff - they were all warm, welcoming and thoughtful. We felt spoiled staying here. The hotel focuses on their guest's needs so well. We loved the service at the front desk, the lounge, the room amenities and especially the 7th floor lounge.

The location was perfect all the locations we were visiting. The executive floor and Summit Lounge was super quiet. The cappuccino was excellent!

Quite a big hotel in a semi-industrial area, but efficiently organized. Large rooms with all comfort and top-quality beds. Quiet at night. Breakfast buffet is above average, with a very friendly waiter. Plenty of parjing in front of the hotel.

The room was nice, clean, and had everything you would need. The restaurant was nice and served food also late in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and spent an extra night there.
