Property v clean and enjoyed the little patio area. Pool shared with all properties in large block. Pool was a nice size.

It had absolutely everything you could want in an apartment, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, smart tv (we simply logged in and watched Netflix), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating (nights were a bit chilly in April), comprehensive security into a complex, blackout electric blinds, allocated secure under complex parking spot with remote entry, along with plenty of off-road parking (which we used most of our stay for added convenience). Outside was private, with table and chairs, sun beds, sun parasol, barbecue and artificial grass. The property is south facing, with sun all day (from 9:10am until 7:00pm at end of April). Then for an added bonus, the building opposite is an Aldi supermarket which opens from 9am until 9:30pm (closed Sundays) which made grabbing large quantities of cheap bottled water a doddle and collecting fresh bread each morning! I also mention the property had three great sized bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds), 2 spacious bathrooms, each with great showers. We walked into Torre del Mar every night (1.5 miles) for food and drinks, then jumped in a 6 euro taxi return, simply saying “Aldi at Caleta de Velez”. Also had a communal swimming pool, which would’ve been too cold in April, so we didn’t see it.
