It had everything you could need to live in an apartment self catering. Swimming pool was great. It was very peaceful after a busy trip in India Anna was very thorough with our intro to the property

We booked 1 bhk duplex with 2 bathrooms. the owner of the property Anna … she is very welcoming. She took a very good care of our comfort. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were clean.

The efficient communication and coordination related to payment, arrival, check-in and information related to tourist attractions etc. by ‘Anya’ the host was much much appreciated. Anya was very helpful and welcoming. The location in Goa is perfect and all places of interest, in and around Baga-Calangute, Anjuna, Chapora, Vagator etc are easily accessible. The villa itself was very nice with a backyard, a verandah and a balcony. Would definitely love to visit again!

Anya is a great host , easy to contact and really ready to assist with queries. She accommodated our request to drop luggage (in fact early checkin) earlier than checkin time as we had to go for an event. The location is with 10-15min of all major places around. The mattress was good and comfor

The apartment is well maintained and self-sufficient with modular kitchen and essential appliances. The host, Ms Anna, is quite attentive and approachable. She ensures the tenants have a memorable stay.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights with 2 kids and we really had fun time. Anya was a great host and she make sure all our needs are met. She arrange early check in on request which was very helpful. Room were big enough for all of us. Kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would recommend to everyone. Only make sure swimming area has rule of proper swimming costume. so arrange that before booking. Rest is excellent.
