Rosie and Jackson are warm, welcoming, helpful, and can be relied upon at all times to help with anything needed. Outstandingly clean, with rooms cleaned and fresh bedding every 2 days. Excellent location, close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Clean rooms. Good hosts. Rosy helped us in arranging the rental bike and also other requirements. People are genuinely helpful and kind. Do book this stay, it's close to Calangute beach. Definitely recommended.

The room was very clean and tidy, had a lovely fridge to keep our drinks cold. The staff were very lovely and accommodating- they allowed us to leave our bags early and check in early.

It was clean. . It has a pretty outdoor seating. it is a very short distance from beach one way and main road the next way. Accessibility was very easy. It is a perfect place for an intimate stay with your friends or even family. Rooms are spacious. Washroom is clean.

Very clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner and television were both in working order. A mini fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold. Calangute beach is a 5 minute walk by the back road. All the shopping is also a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. Staff were excellent, especially Rosie and Ajit.

Such a great stay! Couldn't speak more highly of the place or the service. Rosie was the best! She even offered me a lift to my bus when it was raining. But the place is really comfortable, great location, and has everything you need. 11/10!!
