Staff were really great. Pools were nice - a bit cold maybe. Rooms were fitted with TVs. Activities in the day for kids and adults, inside or out depending on the weather. Nearby marina and a beach, and lots of restaurants in the marina for other food options.

We booked hotel with all inclusive services and stayed in a hotel for 4 nigths (family with two kids 4, 6 years) - the price was great for these. I have to say, that it was absolutely amazing diversification of spring days. We had an apartement with small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Everything was clean and staff was really nice and helpful. Especially for our kids I have to mention entertainment crew (Andrei, Daniel, Diana, Jessy and Carla) - they are so cool and amazing and kids love them (also they have great special activities for adults). Each evening they also have minidisco and programme for adults. The hotel has four swimming pool, two of them are for kids (babies and teens). If you have all inclusive, you can looking forward delicious food and drink during whole day. In our stay we rent a car also and did some trips to great beaches of Menorca - Son Saura, Cala Pilar etc. The hotel itself is situated in the centre of Village Cala n' Bosch, so you can go for a walk to the beach, restaurants, port, or promenade wherever you want.

Clean and modern apartments, children are catered for in every way you need from plastic plates and cups at dinner to the parks and pool facilities. Second time staying and did not disappoint second time around. The kids disco is fab and they brought out a special character on the Friday and Saturday, which were Mickey Mouse and Olaf. My son loved it.

Amazing, kind staff, sorted any little issues straight away with a smile. Great selection of food & drinks & snacks all day long. Sofa in the living room, own balcony, comfy bed & bedding.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. The place has everything you need and a stones throw away from the beach and marina which has loads of nice restaurants and shops. The staff and entertainers are welcoming and make you feel right at home. So much for kids to do, and the hotel make sure they accommodate for all the little ones staying!

Pools were a good size and there was always plenty of sun beds, regardless of the time of day. Everywhere was clean and well looked after. Children enjoyed the slides. Food was good - lots of options for fussy eaters and those wanting a healthier option. Location is great - 1 minute walk to the marina, a couple of minutes to the beach and easy bus ride to Ciutadella. Loads of excellent activities throughout the day, run by the brilliant staff at the hotel. The entertainment staff (Mirel particularly) went above and beyond to ensure it was a brilliant holiday.
