TERMS AND CONDITIONSOur customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.Before your arrival, a deposit of 90 euros will be required for any breach of the establishment's rules.As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night.Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, additional charges will apply for extra rooms.The apartment has 2 bathrooms, but if there are 3 people or less, access will be given to only 1 bathroom.If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take out the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise).We offer private parking in the same building for an additional charge of 10 euros per night. Parking must be reserved before arrival.IMPORTANT: The payment for the reservation must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send you via email/WhatsApp.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Big apartment, close to the beach. There's a big free parking in 5 mins walk. The self check-in is OK, although you should have working phone number to get inside (you need to call a number), which could be a problem if you're not EU citizen.
