The fine print
When booking more than 5 rooms, special conditions may apply. A deposit will be requested at the time of booking confirmation.Guests travelling with pets should be aware that only dogs are allowed and should note the following information:

• Cleaning fee is EUR 25 per stay
• Maximum weight limit: 10 kg
• Pets are not included in the accommodation with pets
• Pets are not allowed in the areas where food or drink is served or in the spa areas (pool)This accommodation will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. It will be reimbursed upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
The city tax applies to all travelers over 17 years of age and is payable directly at the hotel.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

The apartment was just as described, and was clean and comfortable, in a great location. Although the Cabo de Baños reception was closed, the staff at the nearby reception were very helpful and kind. Would definitely book again!
