We liked the location of the property with the rooftop view of the pyramids. Its location was close enough to go to the pyramids without a guide. The breakfasts were hearty with a good variety for all tastes. The concierge was helpful with regards to tours, airport transfers, taxis etc and even came to look for us after getting lost coming home in a tuk tuk

The staff is just amazing!! They will go above and beyond to offer you a good stay. They are so kind and so helpful and so nice, they are the reason I will come back to this hotel. It was one of the best hotels I stayed in my life BECAUSE of the staff. Amazing, truly amazing. The rooms are clean, big, the lounge areas are plenty and nicely decorated. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, you can almost touch the biggest pyramid in Egypt. And the breakfast was the best I had in this country. It was a memorable experience for me, and I know I will come back many times to this hotel and it's kind and amazing people. You will miss them like a family after you stay here. I cannot recommend it enough. Book it, and you will know what I am talking about. I am writing this review and already feel like coming back :)
