It was a decent view hotel , a bit too far than I expected from the centre- giza. Hotel was very clean , lovely staff especially Youssef, ahmed have been very helpful and friendly. The first glimpse of the hotel was a bit awkward as the building was under construction , but overall the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

The staff were amazing with me, I even got a bigger place that the one I booked and they took care of me with everything. The views from the room balcony and their terrace are just priceless. The facilities are more than enough to cover a very nice and safe stay. They offer all sort of tours to get to know the city and they cover the front desk 24/7, for anything you may need. Room was clean, comfty and quiet, great for a good rest.

Absolutely loved the room and the view. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Ahmed was great he made sure everything needed was seen to, he also accommodated when I extended the stay by 2 more nights because it was so great and loved it so much !! Great trip and great location - very easy to access

This hotel is nice and new. The room was comfy and the view was fantastic, really clean and spacious. The customer service was amazing 10/10 and the guys helped us arrange a private tour of the pyramids with MEMO a true history master, we LOVE it! We were on a girl's trip my sister and I and the whole team made us feel at home, the gratefully helped us. I totally recommend it if you are on a savvy-budget trip.

I had a wonderful stay at New Top Pyramids in Cairo, Egypt. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The service was splendid; the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were also good, enhancing the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairo, especially the views from the balcony and rooftop was the Pyramids.
