The rooms are good. Staff is friendly and helpful. We like the breakfast. It has plenty of veg options as well. They served freshly cooked pancakes and bakery products. The view from the dining hall is awesome. We enjoyed having breakfast there. Overall it was good. The hotel is close by all tourist attractions like museum and famous market. But not convenient if you are staying for business trip.

Everything about my stay was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. A special thanks to Jacklin and Salma at the reception for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful and understanding, making my stay even more enjoyable. Thus, why is it extended for more than 3 nights.

Breakfast on 17th floor was really nice. The view is great. There are many breakfast options. My kids loved the waffle bar. We didn't get in the roof top pool because it was too cold in January but the space is really nice, with a nice view of the Nile. Staff was very helpful whenever we had questions or needed help. Bed was comfortable.

The whole staff was incredibly nice, but Ahmed Ashraf was especially helpful, kind and devoted to serving. Plus the breakfast was amazing!

This a very nice Egyptian orientated hotel. Less touristy than the big ones and much better value. Evening meal for 4 around £20! We went as a family and had two rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful, although only a couple had much English. We were impressed with the small roof top pool which we basically had to ourself. Good room service and a good breakfast spread. If we return to Cairo we will stay here again. A £3 UBER gets you into central Cairo for the Museum for example. Excellent supermarket opposite the hotel.

I recommend this hotel. The area is good. There is a quality grocery store opposite. Tisza room. There was always hot water. Abundant delicious breakfast, dinner. The staff is kind and helpful. The metro is nearby, so everything is easily accessible

Everything was perfect, the room spacious and clean. They even gave us an upgrade of room and we were in the 15th floor. The breakfast couldn’t be better, lots of options and great view.
